Nicole
Nicole has been in the healthcare field for nearly three decades. She was introduced to elder care at the age of 16 as a CNA, and has been guided by a lifelong passion for helping others. Nicole has extensive knowledge in compliance and nursing home care as a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) and is Dementia Certified.
Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, Nicole specialized in chemical dependency counseling and rehabilitation before moving to Wisconsin nearly a decade ago, where she fell in love with elder care and the fulfillment it brings.
Outside of her professional life, Nicole is a content creator, a mother of three teenagers, and currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration.
